If you ever get to the beautiful island of Brač, one of the places you
must come to is Vidova gora , the highest top of Adriatic archipelago. By
its height of 778 meters it is a mountain that will never leave you
indifferent. Restaurant with a local food, Konoba "Vladimir Nazor", is
settled on the very top of Vidova gora and it is almost impossible not to
go there. It is also the best cuisine at this altitude.

The view on the beach Zlatni rat. island of Hvar, Biokovo mountain and

connected with asphalted one that goes to the top of Brač, and on the
right side of it there is small way to Blaca desert.

beans), kuhana janjetina (boiled lamb meat), janjentina i piletina ispod peke (lamb and chicken meat prepared in very local way), and tripice.

In authentic konoba you will impatiently wait for lamb to get to your plate, just few hours after being on a pasture ground. Lamb is baked in a small stony house, with a small opening for the smoke on the top of it.
